Associate positions

These positions aim to attract those with advanced degrees such as an MBA along with some previous work experience.

Our associate recruits come from a range of backgrounds and include individuals who previously worked as investment banking analysts as well as career changers who are entering the financial services industry. 

As an associate, you take on a key role in our sector and product teams and will be given early responsibility to:

• Support senior bankers’ marketing initiatives by co-ordinating the work of more junior team members to deliver a pitch book to specification

• Co-ordinate and review financial models developed by more junior members of the team

• Manage the execution of transactions by co-ordinating the transaction process both internally and with other advisers, reviewing key documentation and defining supporting analysis and arguments for negotiation purposes

• Coach and manage juniors in the team whilst maintaining close contact with senior bankers and clients
