Our investment team consists of five experienced investment professionals based in Paris.
Jean-Michel Beghin, Managing Director
Jean-Michel created R Capital Management in 2000 after a period as a partner in the private equity division of Natexis. Before this, Jean-Michel worked at Ernst & Young and in corporate finance and held various engineering and management roles in Silicon Valley at several small and large companies.
Jérôme Pujol, Managing Director
Jérôme created R Capital Management in 2000. Prior to this, he was a partner in the private equity division of Natexis, following a period as Head of High-Tech Research in the Equity Capital Markets division of Natexis. Before this, he was a founder of SLP InfoWare, which was sold to Gemplus ten years after its creation. Jérôme began his career as an engineer at Hewlett Packard in Silicon Valley.
Pierre Rémy, Managing Director
Pierre created R Capital Management in 2000 after building up a track record with Natexis as an investor in the Healthcare and IT sector. Before this, he was a senior manager with Ernst & Young in the firm's strategy and organisational practice and also worked as an executive in the automotive and aerospace industries.
Philippe Crochet, Senior Investment Director
Philippe joined R Capital Management after more than five years at Partech International. Before this, he worked for four years in the telecom industry where he fulfilled a variety of operational roles at Corvis Corporation, Algety Telecom and Nortel.
Grégory Agez, Associate
Grégory joined R Capital Management after working as an auditor at Mazars in Paris, and in project finance for Dexia Sabadell in Madrid. At Dexia Sabadell, Grégory was involved in several projects in the renewable energy sector.
