Our investment strategy 

R Capital Management targets profitable companies with high growth potential that have revenues in the range of €10 million to €100 million.

We invest in opportunities where Rothschild’s skills can be leveraged.

We invest in long-term relationships. Our goal is to work with each management as a team to maximise business opportunities and to build a more valuable company, leveraging both the operational talents of the company’s executives and Rothschild’s global network of contacts and expertise.

We invest amounts ranging from €5 million to €20 million, and we participate in rounds of financing of up to €100 million through syndication.  

We make equity investments in a number of situations including the provision of capital to finance growth, either organically or through acquisitions, or the cashing out of existing shareholders. Our investments can take the form of either minority or majority shareholder positions.
