Arumugam Aramvalarthanathan: Managing Director, Mumbai 

Before joining JRE, Aru was with Standard Chartered Private Equity (SCPE) and Merlion India Fund, sponsored by SCPE and Temasek, in India. Prior to this, he was with AIG's private equity business and with ICICI Securities. Aru graduated with engineering and science degrees from BITS, Pilani, holds an MBA from IIM, Ahmedabad and is a Chevening Gurukul Scholar from LSE.

Sridhar Narayan: Director, Mumbai 

Prior to JRE Sridhar was with AIG's private equity and principal investing businesses in India. Before AIG he was a portfolio manager with Zurich Asset Management in India. Sridhar is a mechanical engineer from IT-BHU (IIT, Varanasi) and has an MBA from IIM, Bangalore.

Nitin Nayak: Associate, Mumbai 

Nitin has more than five years of investment banking and private equity experience, most recently with Englefield Capital. Prior to Englefield, he was in investment banking with DSP Merrill Lynch where he was a part of the M&A and Financial Sponsor groups. Nitin is a certified public accountant and also has a bachelor’s degree in commerce.

Ved Kalanoria: Associate, Mumbai

Ved has more than five years of private equity and investment banking experience, most recently with Aureos Capital. Prior to Aureos, he worked with the private equity division of Brevan Howard in India and with the investment banking division of DSP Merrill Lynch. Ved holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce and is a qualified chartered accountant.
