Our investment themes

Our key investment themes in India and China include, but are not exclusive to:

• domestic consumption – healthcare, education, financial services, food and agriculture, and media

• industrial activity – proven business models in sectors with strong, long-term growth potential

• selective approach – in skills exports/cost arbitrage in services and manufacturing, serving global markets

• services and other non-asset intensive business models in the infrastructure space.

We aim to invest between $10 and $50 million in each of our deals, acting as a minority investor, selectively co-investing alongside industry buyers or investor consortiums in buyout opportunities.

We have a flexible approach and will consider a variety of deal types including unlisted businesses, private investment in public equity (PIPEs), primary fund-raising or secondary sell-down situations, equity, and mezzanine structures.
