Our dedicated team of six investment professionals, led by Mireille Klitting, is recognised as an established player in the European secondary market and brings a unique combination of talent and experience.
Mireille Klitting, Deputy General Manager of Five Arrows Managers
Prior to joining Rothschild, Mireille was with Natixis Private Equity where she developed the firm’s European secondary activities and was involved in 19 secondary deals both in fund shares and directs with portfolios ranging from three companies to 100. Prior to that, Mireille led the establishment of Natixis’ direct private equity teams in Asia, Brazil, Italy and Maghreb, as well as overseeing deal structuring locally. Previously she worked at Natixis in the Structured Finance Department, Delmas and Banque de l’Union Européenne.
Antoine Bougnoux, Chief Operating Officer
Prior to joining Rothschild, Antoine was with Natixis Private Equity where he worked alongside Mireille Klitting as Chief Operating Officer. Antoine started his career with Arthur Andersen (then Ernst & Young), where he remained for 8 years and was involved in audit and transaction services.
Benoît-Olivier Boureau, Investment Director
Prior to joining Rothschild, Benoit-Olivier was with Natixis Private Equity where he worked alongside Mireille Klitting on secondary investments. Benoit-Olivier began his career at Essilor International where he set up the logistics division in China and was then in charge of the supply chain of all Asian operations.
Benjamin Bréard, Investment Director
Prior to joining Rothschild, Benjamin was with Natixis Private Equity where he worked alongside Mireille Klitting on secondary investments. Benjamin began his career at Banexi Private Equity (BNP Group) where he was responsible for the sale of a US private equity portfolio of funds shares and a French portfolio of direct companies.
Laetitia Beillard, Investment Director
Prior to joining Rothschild, Laetitia was with Natixis Private Equity where she worked alongside Mireille Klitting on secondary investments. Prior to that Laetitia was Head of Investor Relations of Natixis Private Equity. Laetitia began her career at Triago, where she later became a partner, and was responsible for fundraisings, sourcing new clients and developing the investor base.
Jonathan Bayle, Associate
Prior to joining Rothschild, Jonathan was with Natixis Private Equity where he worked alongside Mireille Klitting on secondary investments. Before joining Natixis Jonathan worked at Octant Partenaires and Massena Capital Partners.
