Global Financial Advisory
Our Global Financial Advisory division provides impartial, expert advisory and execution services to corporations, governments, institutions and individuals. We deliver the highest quality advice with discretion, integrity and insight, in the areas of M&A and strategic advisory and financing advisory.
Senior advisory bankers lead every assignment from start to finish so all clients benefit from our collective intellectual capital, specialist expertise and wealth of experience. With 1,000 advisers in 40 countries, our scale, reach and local knowledge enable us to develop relationships and deliver effective solutions to support our clients worldwide.
Wealth Management & Trust
Our Wealth Management & Trust division offers objective advice to wealthy individuals and families from around the world. We help our clients navigate what is a complex financial landscape and focus on earning their trust and respect. We have a long-term perspective and our independence means our interests are aligned with those of our clients.
We help structure and protect a broad range of assets and invest freely across global markets. Our goal is to preserve and enhance the real value of our clients’ wealth across market cycles.
Institutional Asset Management
Our Institutional Asset Management division provides investment management and advisory services to institutional clients, financial intermediaries, third-party distributors and private clients around the world.
We operate through three principal subsidiaries: Rothschild Asset Management in New York manages US equities, balanced accounts and long-short strategies; Paris-based Rothschild & Cie Gestion focuses on European assets; and Blackpoint Management, based in Guernsey, specialises in managing funds of hedge funds.
Merchant Banking
Our Merchant Banking division deploys the firm’s capital, alongside that of trusted partners, in investment opportunities worldwide.
We invest with successful entrepreneurs, helping them develop their business in the medium term, and partner with professional financial investors. We see ourselves as an active shareholder ready to deploy Rothschild’s skills and resources for the benefit of the companies in our portfolio.
We manage more than €1 billion of funds globally and presently operate through four investment strategies including Five Arrows Principal Investments, R Capital Management, Jardine Rothschild Exor Partners and Five Arrows Secondary Opportunities.
Specialist financial businesses
Our Banking business offers services in debt fund management, private client banking, commercial lending, asset finance and treasury.

The business divisions of Rothschild are supported by a strong team of Infrastructure and Support Professionals. These people are critical to the success of the business.
