Commercial property

Our commercial property lending portfolio is focused on mid-market UK property companies and can be secured on commercial properties throughout the UK. We have more than 20 years experience in property lending, providing financing solutions for commercial investment property, pre-let and pre-sold commercial developments and property joint ventures.

Leveraged finance

We participate in senior and mezzanine debt supporting UK and European leveraged buy-outs where debt is typically over €250 million. In addition we have an active secondary trading desk, which helps to source assets for our debt fund management activities.

Natural resources

Our natural resources portfolio is focused on corporate and project financing to international mining and metals companies. We have a track record in providing project finance, corporate loan facilities and structured commodity finance for mining and mineral processing companies around the world.
