Rothschild & Cie Gestion is a limited partnership fully owned by Rothschild & Cie Banque. The legal structures of the management and parent companies are such that the limited partners are jointly and fully accountable for the firm’s liabilities. 

Rothschild & Cie Gestion is SAS 70 certified. In addition,  performance  of  funds  managed  by  Rothschild  &  Cie  Gestion  is  GIPS compliant.  Performance is certified GIPS by Deloitte. 

Rothschild & Cie Gestion is regulated by the AMF, the French regulator (Autorité des Marchés Financiers).
